BEVERLY HILLS—Some top Beverly Hills Chefs will be on the menu for the “Sharing the Bounty” event. The dinner will be apart of the 20th anniversary of the Beverly Hills Farmers’ Market. Tickets are now on sale for the event that will take place on Thursday, September 18 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Beverly Canon Gardens, located at 241 North Canon Drive.

 

According to a press release from the City of Beverly Hills, a portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the homeless individuals in the City. The event will have a Western theme with farm-to-fork cuisines and music from Western State of Mind. “Sharing the Bounty” will feature a five-star lineup of BH chefs that include Bouchon, Crustacean, Domenico’s Foods, Il Cielo, Scarpetta, Spago, Via Alloro and Nepresso.

 

“This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Farmers’ Market and what better way to celebrate than at an intimate dinner party with Beverly Hills residents, artisans, chefs and local farmers,” commented Greta Dunlap, Beverly Hills Farmers’ Market Manager. “This fundraising event is an exclusive opportunity to delight in uniquely crafted tastings while sharing the bounty and giving back to those in need in the community.”

 

Highlights for this year’s menu from participating restaurants include:

  • Bouchon – A peach tarte tatin with cream
    Chantilly using peaches from Tenerelli Orchards and Mignardises; strawberry and cream macaroons using strawberries from Harry’s Berries; and chocolate bonbons, vanilla shortbread and hazelnut dragees
  • Spago’s Rack of lamb from rancher Gold Coast Bison
  • Domenico’s Foods Handcrafted penne pasta with pesto sauce
  • Nespresso Coffee and espresso

Tickets for the dinner are $120 and can be purchased by visiting the Tickets “Sharing the Bounty” webpage or at the BH Farmers’ Market information booth every Sunday. There will be complimentary self-parking for ticket holders in the Beverly-Canon parking structure with entrances located at 241 N. Canon Drive and 242 N. Beverly Drive.
