WEST HOLLYWOOD—NBA Atlanta Hawks player, Allen Lester Crabbe, 27, was arraigned on Thursday, September 26 at the Airport Branch of the Los Angeles County Superior Court for driving under the influence. 

The athlete was pulled over by a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy on June 26 in West Hollywood after being seen weaving in and out of lanes. According to records from the Los Angeles Police Department, Crabbe was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DUI, and his bail was set at $5,000.  

He was selected in the second round and 31st overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was later traded to the Portland Trail Blazers where he remained until 2017. He was later traded to the Brooklyn Nets. On July 6, the Atlanta Hawks became Crabbe’s latest team.

If convicted as charged, Crabbe can face up to six months in county jail, announced the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
