HOLLYWOOD — Two arrests have been made in connection to a deadly shooting that occurred on Sunset Boulevard on Friday, November 8.

Deondie Wilson, 26, and a 17-year-old juvenile have been booked on suspicion of murder, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The shooting occurred outside of the Hollywood Palladium at around 11:40 p.m. Travius Shearer, 23, and another 19-year-old man that were involved in a fight with the two suspects. The fight occurred on the sidewalk by a party bus that they had just disembarked. The fight led to multiple shots being fired, which hit Shearer and the 19-year-old man.

Both victims were taken to local hospitals, but Shearer later died from his injuries. The 19-year-old victim remains in critical condition.

The LAPD is urging anyone with information on the incidents to come forward. They are also requesting anyone with photos or video of the incident to contact them to assist in the investigation. Witnesses can contact the West Bureau Homicide Detectives T. Keyzer and A. Acero at 213-382-9470.
