HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Reality TV star Audrina Patridge is selling her Hollywood Hills home for $1.58 million.
The home sits in the region where part of the MTV hit TV show, “The Hills” was shot. Patridge originally bought the property in 2008 while she was on the show. The home was built in 2007. Property records indicate that she is only the second owner to take over the property, originally purchasing it for $1.15 million.
It is a Spanish-style abode, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large master bedroom, along with two smaller rooms. The master bedroom includes a balcony with views of the city, a walk-in closet, and a chandelier. The master is equipped with an attached bathroom including a double vanity and spa bath.
