WASHINGTON DC—On January 19, former President Joseph Biden Jr., issued several Executive Grants of Clemency with unconditional pardons that were not exposed until what is referred to as the 11th hour of his Presidency.
Joe Biden Jr. will go down in history as the President who issued the most pardons. Public record indicates that in his tenure Biden executed 8,064 pardons from 2021-2024, including Hunter Biden.
Former President Andrew Jackson came in with a close second issuing 7,654 when he pardoned former soldiers in the Confederate Army.
Prominent members of the Democratic party advised Biden against preemptive pardons. In doing this, Biden garnered additional scrutiny from members of his party, and some of the recipients who believe themselves to be not guilty of a crime.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, for any offenses against the United States which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014, through the date of this pardon arising from or in any manner related to his service as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force or the White House COVID-19 Response Team, or as Chief Medical Advisor to the President.
