STUDIO CITY—The iconic home featured in the hit television series “Brady Bunch” is currently listed on the market with an asking price of $1.885 million. The 2,477 square foot, split level house was last purchased back in 1973 and has not been on sale since.
The Studio City home is located on 11222 Dilling Street and was built in 1959 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 master suites. The house was shown during the opening and closing shots of “The Brady Bunch,” while rest of the show was filmed at a Los Angeles studio.
The McCallisters, the current owners of the house, bought the home in 1973 for $61,000. They recently passed away and their children are selling the property.
On Yelp, “The Brady Bunch” house is marked as a historical landmark. While the show was not filmed inside the house, the home has a 1970s design including a rock wall fireplace, wood-paneled walls, floral wallpaper, and intercom speakers within the whole house.
“The Brady Bunch” first aired on TV in September 1969. The famous comedy ran for five seasons. The last episode aired on March 8, 1974.
