MALIBU—Bruce Jenner, the Olympic gold medalist and reality television star who has been in the spotlight recently due to his involvement in a fatal Malibu collision and a publicly scrutinized gender transition, has just purchased a secluded, $3.6 million Malibu hilltop mansion.

The property, built in 2010, rests on nearly 11 acres above El Pescador State Beach, offers 360-degree ocean, mountain, and canyon views, and boasts “multi-zoned radiant heated floors.” The earth-toned four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat also features a covered patio, a pool and spa, and a downstairs area designed to be used as a gym.

The 3,500-square-foot concrete and glass home was originally listed for $3.795 million.

On February 7, Jenner, was involved in a PCH collision in Malibu that claimed the life of a 69-year-old Calabasas woman, Kim Howe. Officials say that Jenner has been, and is continuing to cooperate with their investigation.

The Olympian said in a statement regarding Howe, “It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
