HOLLYWOOD—Actor Nicholas Brendon, 43, was arrested and charged with two felonies on October 17 in Boise, Idaho. According to Us Weekly, he was arrested for causing “malicious injury to a property” and “resisting and obstructing officers.”
Witnesses contacted authorities who arrived on the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m. He was sent to the Ada County Jail and has since posted bail.
In 2004, Brendon went to rehab for alcohol problems. At that time he shared on his website: “After realizing that I had a disease that was taking control of my life, I decided that the best way for me to regain my health was to enter a treatment facility. I’m grateful for the love and support I’ve gotten from my wife, Tressa; my entire family; my business associates; and my friends.”
