OLATHE, KS—Mollie Fitzgerald, who had a small role in the Marvel film “Captain America,” was arrested and charged on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of her mother.
Fitzgerald, 38, is being held in jail on a $500,000 bond after authorities found the body of her 68-year-old mother, Patricia Fitzgerald at their home on December 20, 2019. Fitzgerald is in the process of hiring a lawyer before her next court appearance which is scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2020.
Fitzgerald played the part of ‘Stark Girl’ in the 2011 film. According to Internet Movie Database (IMDB) her credits include being a producer and director for short films including “The Creeps” and “The Lawful Truth.”
