WEST HOLLYWOOD—On Thursday, November 12 at 8:50 p.m., an undisclosed vehicle collided into a West Hollywood home near the corner of Fountain Avenue and Gardner Street.
The West Hollywood Police Department called the accident a basic collision, which resulted in a vehicle propelling into the home after being propelled from an accident. The vehicle then struck the front wall and window of the home, causing injuries to the driver. Passengers in the other vehicle were unharmed.
Lieutenant Edward Ramirez reported to Canyon News that the driver inside the vehicle that collided into the home complained of neck and back pain. The driver was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to be treated and was later released with minor injuries, according to Ramirez.
Canyon News reached out to Cedars-Sinai Hospital who was unable to disclose details regarding the patient. The names of the drivers have not yet been disclosed to the public.
No arrests or charges have been made, according to Lieutenant Ramirez.
