Built in 1925, the house’s architecture is described as being influenced by “Mediterranean revival style.” The first and second units each contain 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, running a rent of approximately $2,800 and $2,600 respectively, while the third is a typical studio apartment with rent at $1,800 a month. That accumulates to $7,200 in total rent.

The third unit has a “loft-style” open plan. While the triplex sits along a quiet cul-de-sac street, it is also in close proximity to both the 101 Hollywood Freeway and the Hollywood Bowl.

Home records indicate that the house last sold for $1.655 million back in 2006, which marked a 3.41 percent increase in value. Records also show that Rhea initially put the house back on the market on June 29 with an 8.5 percent markup. It has been listed by Bryony Atkinson from MAISONRE realtors.

The 51-year-old Canadian actress is best known for portraying the lovable Hilda Spellman, or simply “Aunt Hilda,” on the long-running ABC/WB show “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” which aired from 1996-2003. Most recently, she was the television voice of Linda Flynn-Fletcher on Disney Channel’s “Phineas and Ferb” from 2008 to 2015.

Rhea reportedly owns a condo-apartment on New York’s exclusive Upper West Side, which she has held since 2002.
