HOLLYWOOD—The Christmas tree in Christianity represents Jesus Christ’s birth and resurrection. People think of the tree’s branches and bushes as a sign of immortality because they look like Christ’s crown of thorns on the cross. The ornaments on the tree also have a special meaning. It also represents the tree of life, commonly recognized as the most important tree in the garden of Eden.

With only two days away, unless you started last month, you are like me, not ready.  Let’s look at some of the celebrities and their trees and what they are doing for the holidays. The Queen of Christmas, Mariah Carey is spending her holidays in Aspen, she has always been a fan, spending most of her holiday vacations there. She knows how to dress when she’s there, wearing colorful puffer jackets, sleek and elegant all-white looks and a variety of stunning boots. In her house, she has four Christmas trees in the family room.

Celebrities have a display of dazzling lights to extravagant trees, they always go bigger, brighter and better. On social media, they give us a peek into their holiday-ready homes. With grand staircases, double height living rooms, and often acres of land, of course, they have expert decorators and interior designers behind the scenes. Santa always works fast, but the Kardashians work faster. Each year, the famous family throws an extravagant Christmas Eve bash that shows us the Kardashian-Jenner clan decorating their trees and how extravagant they can be.

Kourtney Kardashian’s tree is an upside-down Christmas tree with nothing but lights. The true showstopper is Khloe Kardashian, whose minimalist take on Christmas reflects a trend beloved by several celebrities this season. Her tree is adorned with a twinkling warm LED light, a pared-black aesthetic that extends to her mantel. It truly makes a big impression.

Now, Kylie Jenner’s fun take on the Christmas tree, which by the way, she has 395 million Instagram followers is a beauty. It’s a two-story Christmas tree towering her grand entrance, decorated with Santa Claus ornaments and gingerbread house baubles. The rest of her home is peppered with Christmas trees (regular size) and is lined with giant nutcrackers standing guard at the entrance.

A mix of traditional charm and over-the-top opulence. It’s as you would have expected from Kylie. Now, Victoria Beckham is doing luxury-minimalist trend, like Khloe Kardashian which combines a touch of restraint and elegance. She has some beautiful little tea lights outside the house on her olive trees. Then just a simple Christmas tree with tea lights. Nothing complicated.

Her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas loves it. Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum and kids love their pink and purple Christmas tree. Paris has several trees, all decked out in her signature shade, from towering green trees adorned with pink baubles to smaller pink and purple sparkly trees for a festive setup that captures the rise in pink-themed interiors.

Her mother, Kathy Hilton, the matriarch of the Hilton household is the Queen of extravagant holiday décor. She has always decorated her home so beautiful, with elegance and taste.

Actress Jennifer Aniston, also went for the simple look, dressing her tree with a collection of her Lolavie haircare products. This is the trend for most celebrities, there are no rules, just decorate with minimalism in mind and prioritize well-made pieces that you’ll love for years to come.
