BEVERLY HILLS—Preservationists in the City of Beverly Hills may consider a Mills Act Contract for the recently landmarked Joe E. Brown Estate at 707 Walden Drive.
The estate was labeled Landmark No. 25 on the City’s Register of Historic Places on August 19. The Cultural Heritage Commission took on a plan at their meeting on September 30 suggesting approval of the Mills Act Contract for the property.
If the Mills Act Contract gets approved, it will bring the total number of Mills Act Contracts under the Pilot Program to three.
