PACIFIC PALISADES—Dennis Quaid’s home in the Pacific Palisades has been listed for sale at $16.9 million. The property has been on the market since March 6 and has eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms.
In 2005 two lots were purchased and combined to form Quaid’s present day residence. The larger 8500 square feet house was purchased for $7.965 million dollars, while the other property with the 2100 square feet house and studio was purchased for around $6 million, although the exact price has not been disclosed.
The two properties combined form a 2 acre estate containing equestrian facilities, putting green, year around stream and a private trail to Will Rogers State Park. The interior of the home is decorated in French Country style with hand crafted natural wood floors, dark colored wood furniture and wooden chairs accented with bright white fabric.
