WEST HOLLYWOOD-The former owner of a marijuana dispensary pleaded guilty to a number of different crimes on March 28.

Andrew Harrison Kramer, 39, pleaded guilty to two counts of arson, three counts of arson of an inhabited structure, conspiracy to commit home invasion, robbery, stalking and attempt to burn, according to a statement from Jane Robison of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Kramer also admitted to using an accelerant during the crimes.

Kramer faces 25 years in prison when he is formally sentenced on April 9 by Judge Michael Pastor. He may also have to pay restitution in the amount of $1 million, according to Deputy District Attorney Renee Rose of the Office’s Arson Unit.

Kramer, a West Hollywood resident who owned the Zen Healing dispensary on 8464 Santa Monica Boulevard, was accused of attacking former business partner George Lanning, the former owner of the Sunset Super Shop on 8921 West Sunset Boulevard. According to the District Attorney, Kramer, between July 2008 and April 2012, had set Lanning’s Beverly Hills home on fire twice in addition to throwing two molotov cocktails onto the apartment roof above Lanning’s dispensary. The suspect was also tied to four men who entered Lanning’s residence and attacked his son, Justin, and struck his wife, Nansee, with a metal bar.

He was arrested in April 2013 after a coordinated operation involving multiple agencies such as the Beverly Hills Police, Santa Monica Police, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and the DEA executed 11 search warrants and three arrest warrants, according to a press release from the Beverly Hills Police Department.

The warrants were the result of a four-year-long investigation into “an organized criminal enterprise involving large-scale marijuana distribution.” The release stated that this investigation had documented over 20 different crimes which included attempted murder, arson, extortion and burglary. Kramer’s dispensary was among the weed shops served with a search warrant by law enforcement officers. Both the Sunset Super Shop and Zen Healing have been closed since 2012 and 2013.
