BEVERLY HILLS—Comedian Ellen DeGeneres, 61, has listed her Beverly Hills home for $17.95 million; 6 months after she purchased the $15 million property through the Westside Estate Agency.

The 5,100 square feet property has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is located in the Trousdale Estate, Hollywood Regency Villa. The upscale $18 million Beverly Hills mansion has colossal front doors, a living and dining room complete with an antique fireplace, and captures a beautiful backyard view of Los Angeles.

The talk show host recently renovated the house for $1 million with wife Portia de Rossi. The celebrity couple is known for purchasing property. DeGeneres and de Rossi focus on redesigning homes that are architecturally distinguished to fit comfy affluent modern life styles.

In 2016, architect Marmol Radziner restructured and reengineered the same property in high-tech style before DeGeneres and de Rossi purchased it for $15 million and renovated the home.

The couple’s Trousdale Estate Hollywood Regency Villa was built in 1962 by Architect John Elgin Woolf, and once belonged to actress Marjorie Lorde and husband Henry Volk.

In 2018, they purchased a $7.2 million historic equestrian ranch near Oprah Winfrey’s estate in Montecito and sold to Tinder founder Sean Rad for nearly $11 million a year later. Ellen is known for her talk show which has earned her a total of 29 Daytime Emmy Awards. She is also the host of the NBC game show “Ellen’s Game of Games.”
