HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Rescuers responded to a five-car collision on Tuesday, January 5, at 9:14 p.m. that occurred in the 3700 block of North Barham Boulevard in Hollywood Hills.

The Los Angeles Fire Department originally reported 6 people as being injured. LAFD spokeswomen Margaret Stewart stated that a man and woman were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Four others suffered minor injuries including two teenage girls ages 13 and 15. Both teens were reported to be in fair condition, but were still transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for injuries they sustained.

No further information on the man and woman who were listed in critical condition is known. The cause of the accident is still being investigated by officials.
