WOODLAND HILLS—Individuals from the Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department are inviting the public to the 9th Annual “Grateful Hearts” LAFD/LAPD Food Faire and Fundraiser to be held on Thursday, June 26.

The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at WarnerCenter Park at 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Woodland Hills. The event brings residents from San Fernando Valley and business leaders together to celebrate the support of neighborhood firefighters, responders and police officers.

According LAFD Spokesman Brian Humphrey, the event will have live entertainment, as well as emergency equipment displays and food booths from some of the top eateries in the southwest SF Valley. A barbeque will also take place, where firefighters will be cooking tri-tip, grilled chicken and more. Funds raised during the event will benefit the LAFD Battalion 17 and LAFD Topanga Police Station.
