LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Chicago Bulls 102-95 on Saturday, November 19.

Blake Griffin led Los Angeles offensively, scoring 26 points and grabbing a game-high 13 rebounds. Chris Paul had 19 points, eight rebounds and eight assists; Marreese Speights added a season high 16 points and four rebounds while coming off the bench.

The Clippers have won 9 of their last 10 games and sit atop the Western Conference with a league best 12-2 record.

Chicago’s Dwayne Wade led all scorers with 28 points. The 12-time all-star made his first appearance at Staples Center as a member of the Bulls after spending the first 13 years of his career with the Miami Heat.

Wade was complimentary of the Clippers, who overcame a 19-point deficit to win the game.

“They had to dig deep in their bag to pull this one out at home,” Wade said after the game. “That’s what we want to do, make teams walk away scarred up. Feeling like they got away with one.”

Jimmy Butler added 22 points and six rebounds for the Bulls, who are now 8-5 overall and fifth in the Eastern Conference. The Bulls will continue their Los Angeles road trip with a game against the Lakers on Sunday, November 20.

The Clippers will continue a two-game home stand with a match up against the league’s leading scorer DeMar Derozan and the Toronto Raptors on Monday, November 21.
