BEVERLY HILLS—The City of Beverly Hills has announced parking regulations in the midst of Halloween. The City has established a “No Parking, Except by Permit” in tow-away zones on Halloween evening in residential areas, where most will be impacted by the West Hollywood Carnival.

The parking restrictions will remain in effect from 4 p.m. on October 31 to 2:30 a.m. on November 1. According to a press release from the City of BH, all parking regulations will be enforced on Halloween. Streets that border the City of West Hollywood will also have temporary “Tow-Away No Parking, Except by Permit” signs on Halloween night.

Residents will receive three parking permits with attached reflectorized aluminum numbered tags to obtain for guests and themselves during the holiday. If a resident needs more than three permits, additional requests can be made to the Department of Public Works & Transportation at (310) 285-2500. A maximum of seven permits can be requested.
