Yes, a few superhero movies are scheduled, including a new “Captain America” and a new “Superman.” “Back in Action” has been on people’s radars, since it marks Cameron Diaz’s return to acting after 11 years. Believe it or not, her last movie was 2014’s “Annie.”
Secondly, it was the film Jamie Foxx was shooting when he suffered a medical emergency and was hospitalized. In the movie, the two actors play former CIA agents, who get back in action. Speaking of action, “Captain America: Brave New World” is the first film in which Anthony Mackie’s, Sam Wilson is Captain America. Even though, Mackie also appeared as in the “Captain America” series as The Falcon. In addition, the film debut of the new movie is also notable for featuring Harrison Ford as Red Hulk. That should be in theaters on Valentine’s Day, February 14.

A remake of a classic movie, can’t wait to take my grandkids. The following month, we have “Mickey 17,” which stars Robert Pattinson, that debuts in theaters on April 18. May 23, we have yes, again, “Mission Impossible-The Final Reckoning.” The film stars Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt for the eighth time. The series is super popular and will make a ton of money, as usual.

The movie also features appearances from many real F1 drivers, like Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. In July, we have “Superman,” coming to theaters on July 11. The film stars David Corenswet as Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor.
August, guess whose back? LiLo. Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reunite for “Freakier Friday,” the sequel to 2003’s “Freaky Friday.” The movie involves the mother and daughter characters, Tess and Anna, switching bodies again, but this time they’re at different places in their lives than they were in the original movie. November and December we have “Wicked: For Good,” one of the most anticipated movies of 2025. Then in December 19, we have “Avatar: Fire and Ash.” The film stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, and other stars from the first two movies all return.
Looks like more major Hollywood stars are set to shine in 2025! Denzel Washington, Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett and Robert De Niro is making his return to the gangster genre with “Alto Knights,” where he will portray two rival mob bosses, Vito Genovese and Frank Costello. This dual role, written by Nicholas Pileggi, raises anticipation for the film’s narrative depth and DeNiro’s portrayal of contrasting characters.
It will be a great 2025, with influential stars embarking on new journeys-each star radiates different genres, dynamics, and storytelling styles. The year 2025 will be one of the most thrilling times for movie lovers and stars, as Hollywood continues to pull out all the stops.
