HOLLYWOOD—To celebrate April 20, also known as “420,” multiple CBD brands favored by celebrities introduced new products and hosted promotional events during the month.

Lord Jones, which is a CBD brand that has clients like Mandy Moore, Olivia Wilde, and Melissa McCarthy introduced it’s latest and most potent product called Royal Oil priced at $100. The product contains CBD oil and pure grapeseed oil. Royal Oil can be used topically and can be safely consumed.

Clothing brand Pizzaslime celebrated its new cannabis clothing line called “Merajuana” at a Coachella party this month. Paris Hilton, Gigi Hadid, Odell Beckham Jr., Diplo Virgil Abloh, Brook Beckham, and Ty Dolla $ign all attended the event. The new products are set to debut soon with labels that read “Don’t Do Weed.”

Earlier this month pre-roll cannabis brand Lowell Herb Co. joined forces with CJ Wallace, who is the son of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace, on The Frank White Creative Blend. The blend is available at multiple locations including Green Door, MadMen, and Rose Collective. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Prison Arts Project, supported by the California Arts Council.

CJ Wallace said in a statement that, “We’ve been fans of Lowell for years. We love their top-shelf flower and their use of organic farmers for their products. Before my dad was killed, he was arrested for cannabis possession, and I see how the pointless war on drugs has affected our communities — this is why criminal justice reform is important to me. My mom and dad both used cannabis for their creativity, as I do.”

There has been a rise in cannabis fashion and beauty products on the red carpet as well. The brand Beboe which is a favorite of the actress Cameron Diaz has expanded their line to include skin serums and masks that contain CBD. Bellacures located in Studio City, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills now offer CBD infused manicures called the “Cannacure.” The Cannacure uses a scrub that is infused with lavender, CBD, rosehips, and borage oil. A CBD bath bomb and relief lotion are also used.
