STUDIO CITY—A house fire on the 3800 block of Buena Park Drive in the hills of Studio City sent billows of smoke into the air that could be observed throughout the San Fernando Valley.

The blaze was first reported at 1:13 p.m. on November 3. It took 46 firefighters about 37 minutes to extinguish the flames indicated Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Though the cause and full extent of the damages are currently unknown, the fire, which originated in the attic, caused the roof of the two story house to collapse.

The collapse injured and hospitalized two firefighters. Their injuries are believed to be non-lethal.
