SANTA MONICA—On Saturday, April 25, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed wed outdoors in Santa Monica.
Somerhalder stars in The CW series “Vampire Diaires,” and actress Reed co-starred in the “Twilight” films.
The couple reportedly got engaged in January. Reed has become actively involved in the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, and they have taken steps together in furthering the organization.
The couple requested that instead of wedding gifts, donations be made to the foundation to celebrate their big day.
Somerhalder shared his excitement over the event by tweeting on Sunday, April 26, “most beautiful morning ever…”
