The interior features high ceilings, vividly white walls and hardwood flooring. It also holds a wine vault as well as a home theatre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sitting on nearly a half-acre of land, the San Fernando Valley-based home provides outdoor comfort with its cabana, outdoor kitchen, and saltwater pool and spa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarkson bought the home back in June of 2018 for $3.198 million while playing in the midst of the Cleveland Cavaliers run to the NBA Finals, where they lost to the Golden State Warriors in the championship matchup. The home entered the market in March this year listed at $3.35 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Filipino-American guard along with former teammate Larry Nance was traded by the Lakers to the Cavs midway through that season so Los Angeles could clear cap-room for a max-free agent signing. The transaction proved to be beneficial for the Lakers as it paved the way for eventual free-agent signee and former Cavalier LeBron James to join the storied franchise the immediate summer afterward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarkson began this season on the Cavaliers but was traded to the Utah Jazz on Dec. 23 2019 to bolster the team\u2019s roster in hopes of making a deep playoff run.
