According to a press release from the city of West Hollywood, this year\u2019s theme is\u00a0Disasters Don\u2019t Plan Ahead. You Can.<\/p>\n<p>West Hollywood is encouraging everyone to take action \u2014 make a plan with your neighbors, your family, and for your pets. Plan ahead about how to stay safe and communicate during potential disasters that can affect the community, and store or refresh emergency water and food supplies.<\/p>\n<p>Each week in the month of September will have a different focus:<\/p>\n<p>-Week 1: Make a plan for yourself, family, and friends<\/p>\n<p>-Week 2: Plan to help your neighbor and community<\/p>\n<p>-Week 3: Practice and build out our plans, and<\/p>\n<p>-Week 4: Get involved!
