MALIBU—Actor Jeremy Piven has listed his Malibu beach home for $10.5 million. It is available for rent this summer for $40,000 a month, Variety reported.
The actor purchased the 2,424-square-foot, three-story home in July 2004 for $3.5 million. The home was built in 1949, and includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an entertainment room. The property includes an oceanfront deck with free-standing spa tub, wet bar, dry sauna and a beach-side deck.
Piven spent an estimated $1.5 million on renovations to the home. He recently purchased a new home in Hollywood Hills. The actor grew to fame with a starring role on the HBO comedy series “Entourage” alongside Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly and Jerry Ferarra.
He won a Golden Globe and 3 Emmy awards for his performance on the series. He starred in movies such as “Smoking Aces,” “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World,” “Edge of Tomorrow,” “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For,” and the big-screen adaptation of the TV series “Adaptation.”
