HOLLYWOOD HILLS—”The Wolf of Wall Street” and “21 Jump Street” star Jonah Hill sold his home in Hollywood Hills for $3.65 million, well above the asking price of $2.9 million, reports the Los Angeles Times. It sold in just two weeks after it was listed. Hill bought the home in 2010 for $1.865 million, making this the second time it will change ownership.

The home is a mid-century modern that comprises a third of the acre property. According to Realty Today, it was designed by architect Richard Dorman and built for actress Beverly Garland, by her husband in 1959. Garland lived in the home until she died in 2008 at the age of 82. Garland’s career spanned five decades, and was well-known for her role alongside Fred MacMurray early 70s’ sitcom “My Three Sons.”

The home was updated in 2012 by architect Padraic Cassady. Realty Today describes the property as having an open floor plan that features living and dining areas bordered by glass doors, there is also a screening room. In addition to four bedrooms and bathrooms, there is also a detached guesthouse. There is also a small, but stylish pool area.

Hill was nominated for an Oscar for his supporting role in Martin Scorcese’s 2013 dramedy “The Wolf of Wall Street.” He became famous for his role alongside Michael Cera in the comedy “Superbad,” and has since starred in several well-liked comedies including “21 Jump Street” and “This Is The End.”
