When Delaney bought the house, several original features of the house were hidden, including its wood floors, stucco walls, tiled staircase, and three small windows in the living room.

Along with these unique touches, the approximately 5,300-square-foot house has five bedrooms, a dining room that can accommodate 10 to 12 people, and a living room with original inset stained glass windows and a fireplace that takes up almost an entire wall. The 18,000-square-foot lot also houses a pool/spa, an entertaining area, and a guest casita.

Billy Rose and Alex Brunkhorst of the Agency, a luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company, are the listing agents.
