BEVERLY HILLS—Model and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons has purchased a mansion for $27.5 million located in the wealthy neighborhood of Beverly Park.

The Mediterranean style mansion includes seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It features at least three balconies with automatic green awnings to shade its occupants. The home also includes a garden with two patios, an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub.

Beverly Park is an exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood north of Beverly Hills, where Simmons home sits alongside neighbors like Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg and Eddie Murphy.

Kimora purchased the home with her husband Tim Leissner, an ex Goldman Sachs banker, whom she privately married in 2014. Simmons was previously married to music mogul Russell Simmons whom she has two children with. She previously dated actor Djimon Hounsou. She recently welcomed a son with Leissner in 2015.

She was the creative mind behind the Baby Phat clothing franchise in 1999 and launched KLS sportswear in 2007. She started her modeling career at the age of 14. She appeared in the reality series “Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane” for one season on the Style network.
