BEVERLY HILLS—Actor Ashton Kutcher and his wife, actress Mila Kunis are selling their Beverly Hills home for $13.9 million.
The couple met on the set of the TV series “The ’70’s Show” in 1998, and continued to stay in touch off screen. They started dating in 2014, and got married in July 2015. They have two kids. They moved to the East Coast after announcing their engagement in 2014. They reportedly purchased the house for $10.8 million which is $3.78 million less than what they are selling it for.
Kutcher sold his glass-clad bachelor house in Hollywood Hills for $9.9 million in 2014, as well as Kunis who sold her Mediterranean-style compound in the same area for $13.8 million. They have lived in their current home for six years before listing it.
The property is half an acre and situated in the gated community of Hidden Valley adjacent to the Franklin Canyon Park. It is a three-story house with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and facilities such as a sauna, wet bar and a wine cellar. Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland currently hold the listing for the property.
