BEVERLY HILLS—Television and radio host Lawrence Harvey Zeiger, 85, better known as Larry King and soon-to-be ex-wife Shawn Southwick listed their seven bedroom and nine bathroom mansion for $16.9 million as first reported on Friday, October 11.

Kurt Rappaport Westside Estate Agency holds the property, which was initially purchased in 2007 for $11.75 million measuring at a total of 10,810 square feet.

The Tuscan inspired home showcases luxury imported limestone designs including: intricate iron accented front doors, languorous twin staircases, high ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and built in book-shelves.

Other areas of the home includes sliding glass doors and balconies that lead to the spacious backyard featuring a heated pool and entertaining bars with a private guest house.

In 2005, King received a Lifetime Achievement Award honoring his career in broadcasting, including the CNN show “Larry King Live.” The broadcaster’s latest project “Larry King Now” airs on the Hulu digital streaming network. The show is a spin-off of  “Larry King Live” which ran for 25 years before ending in December 2010.
