SANTA MONICA—On August 25, the Los Angeles Police Department indicated a search is underway for a man suffering from a traumatic brain injury.
Bobby Talley, 48, is described as a white male, who has brown hair and blue eyes. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs around 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan short sleeved dress shirt, black pants and black shoes. He was last seen at a Starbucks located on the 1400 block of Lincoln Boulevard at around 3:00 p.m. in Santa Monica, CA.
