TOPANGA—The Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate Matthew Jonathan Weaver Jr., 21. According to the LAPD Blog, Matthew was last seen on August 10, at 9:30 p.m., on the 2600 block of Stearns Street in Simi Valley. His vehicle was located on August 11.

It was abandoned on the Topanga Tower Motorway, near Rosas Overlook, and above the Backbone Trail and Hondo Canyon areas. Weaver is described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet and 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.
