BEVERLY HILLS—United Talent Agency announced Thursday, April 11 that they signed Cindy McCain, and will be focusing on live speaking engagements. Cindy’s daughter, Meghan McCain is a co-host on the ABC talk show “The View.” Meghan is also contracted with the agency.

Cindy is an American business woman, philanthropist, and wife of the later Senator John McCain who passed away in August 2018. She has been an advocate for early childhood education and an activist in the fight against human trafficking.

In a statement, Cindy said she is, “thrilled to work with UTA to leverage my charitable passions.” She stated that she would like to carry on her husband’s legacy and is hoping to reach new audiences.

United Talent Agency is one of the biggest talent agencies in the world. UTA represents many of the world’s most renowned figures in media. Cindy will join acclaimed political figures represented by UTA. Australia’s former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull, retired politician and physician Ron Paul, presidential candidate John Kasich, retired General of the U.S. Army General Wesley Clark, American business executive Beth Comstock, activist and comedian Terry Crews, American financial journalist Michael Lewis, and girls education activist Malala Yousafzai who was the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize are all represented by UTA.

McCain now serves as a board chair member of the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University and Arizona State’s Human Trafficking Advisory Council. She is also the chair of a family-operated Anheuser-Busch distributor Hensley Beverage Company. The Hensley Beverage Company was founded by Cindy father James Hensley back in 1955.
