MALIBU—NBA star Kevin Garnett is being sued for damages and accused of deceit. Kevin’s unnamed neighbor claims Garnett misled the city in his renovation plans to avoid having to get the proper permits.
Instead of obtaining the permits to add a new addition to his $9.5 million mansion, the neighbor insists that Garnett avoided such permits by lying about the nature of the renovation.
Garnett however, has reportedly repudiated to “trim, prune and lace trees and foliage.” Therefore the neighbor, unable to reason with Garnett and his wife as they have “scoffed” and “stonewalled” him as TMZ has reported, is now suing Garnett insisting that he tears down anything that is blocking his view of the ocean.
