SANTA MONICA—The Asian-themed US causal dining restaurant P.F. Chang’s will showcase its new Farm to Wok™ menu at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market on Saturday, August 13, Saturday, September 3, and Saturday, September 28.

Their new Farm to Wok™ menus were launched in all their restaurants across the United States. Chefs will be on site from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will be at the Third Street Promenade at Arizona Avenue location cooking the new Farm to Wok™ dishes live.

According to the press release, chefs will be cooking Singapore, Firecracker Chicken, Wok Charred Brussels Sprouts and the fan favorite P.F. Chang’s fried rice. Market guests have a chance to win a $100 P.F. Chang’s gift cards and various other Farm to Wok™ prizes.

The new menu highlights the company’s philosophy which is “clean ingredients, purposeful recipes and the power of a fiery wok.” There will also be a new Garden to Glass cocktail menu. The cocktail menu will focus on using fresh ingredients, hand-squeezed juices and premium spirits. Some of the new cocktails available at restaurants are Añejo Buzz, Honey Thyme G&T and Cucumber Collins,

Farm to WokTM is allowing us to share the stories of the people who make it possible.”

P.F. Chang’s CEO Michael Osanloo wrote in a letter to its company’s reward members which are Preferred Members stating: “Be sure and stop in soon to try our new menu. The Brussels sprouts are truly spectacular, and you can’t go wrong with Wok-Fired Filet Mignon.”
