HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Socialite Paris Hilton’s former playpen in the Hollywood Hills is back on the market to be leased for $30,000 per month.
Hilton has not lived in the home for over a decade, but the new owners have retained the property’s charm. The property is 3,064 square feet, and includes disco balls, a stripper pole, a signed portrait of Paris Hilton, and more. It has four bedrooms, a pool, and an outside deck.
Earlier this month, the home sold to a San Francisco based television and film writer for $3.9 million. Hilton sold the home for $3.87 million in 2007.
The listing is with Linn Renee Sivertsen. Hilton is known for her role in the reality series “The Simple Life” which she co-starred with her pal Nicole Richie. She also appeared in the 2005 remake of the horror film “House of Wax.”
