SHERMAN OAKS—Singer P!nk is selling her home in Sherman Oaks. The songstress, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore has listed the property before. In 2011, she attempted to sell the Sherman Oaks home she originally bought with her dad.
She previously listed the house for $4 million and has now lowered her asking price to $3.499 million. According to the town property records, this gated mansion has a pool with an in-ground cave-like spa, tucked behind a waterfall and is also equipped with a gourmet kitchen.
The home is measured at 4,436 square feet, has 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. An employee Lou, who works with the company that lists P!nk’s home told Canyon News that he was “not able to comment on anything.”
