HOLLYWOOD—Police announced on December 8 that they are seeking help in the search for two suspects who murdered a Hollywood man on Monday, November 29. Police told Canyon News that the victim, 49-year-old Herbert Tracy White, was found dismembered in the room of the Continental Hotel at 800 East 7th Street. Parts of his body were found inside of a backpack, with some of them wrapped in blankets. The police have discovered that the murderers attempted to clean up and remove the body before escaping, but failed to do so due to unknown reasons.

An arrest warrant was issued on Monday, December 6, by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. The couple is believed to be in the Hollywood area, though possibly heading back to Pennsylvania, where they are from.
