SHERMAN OAKS—The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office charged Marion Henry Hall, 41, of Sherman Oaks on Wednesday, October 24 with driving under the influence with his 2-year-old son on his lap.

Hall faces one felony count of child abuse and one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content. The defendant was allegedly driving in Burbank with his child in his lap on October 3 prosecutors noted. Hall, who is known in the entertainment industry by the name Pooch Hall, starred in the hit TV series “The Game,” which aired on the CW and BET. He currently stars in the series “Ray Donovan” on the Showtime alongside actor Liev Schreiber.

His vehicle was reportedly swerving and collided into a parked vehicle. If convicted as charged, Hall could face a possible maximum sentence of six years in state prison. His bail was requested at $100,000. The case is still under investigation by the Burbank Police Department.
