WASHINGTON DC—On Saturday, June 21, President Donald J. Trump announced the U.S. attack on Iran, taking out three nuclear sites. This came after repeated warnings from President Trump to dismantle their nuclear facilities.
“We have competed our very successful attack on three nuclear sites in Iran including, Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran airspace. A full payload of bombs were dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are [now] safely on their way home. Congratulations on all our great American Warriors. There’s not another military in the world that could have done this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Trump warned Iranian authorities that any retaliation would be met with obliteration.
“Any attack by Iran on anything American will be met with great and overwhelming force,” tweeted Trump. “In some areas, overwhelming will mean obliteration.”
Following the U.S. attacks, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei responded to state media with the following statement:
“The Americans should know that any U.S. military intervention will undoubtedly be accompanied by irreparable damage.”
There are over 40,000 U.S. Troops and members of the U.S. Department of Defense stationed in the Middle East including, but not limited to: Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq.
President Trump attempted peace talks with Iran since early May. He initially requested the location of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and was denied access to the Iranian leader’s location.
Trump then requested the dismantling of the Iranian Nuclear Sites. The requests were ignored. Trump again attempted peace talks. When Iran refused to come to the table, Trump, as Commander-in-Chief initiated attacked to take out Iran’s only threat, nuclear power.
On Monday, June 23, Israeli leadership bombed in the vicinity of the Iranian Capitol of Tehron. According to Iranian State Television, one of the strikes hit the gate of the Iranian Evin Prison.
