MALIBU—Retired NBA player Austin Croshere, 43, who played for the Indiana Pacers has placed his Malibu home on the market to rent for $25,000 a month or to sell the property for $6.2 million.

Records show that in 2012, Croshere paid $3.05 million for the property, which is less than half of his asking price.

The contemporary 5,300-square-foot home was designed by architect Steve Kent. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, along with a guest house. The home sits on one acre of land.

Croshere completed a 12-year career in the NBA, playing with the Pacers, Mavericks, Warriors, Bucks, and Spurs.
