HOLLYWOOD—Gosh, the predictability on the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful” is so bad. I called it weeks ago that Carter and Hope’s decision to takeover Forrester Creations was going to have major blowback in Brooke’s relationship with Ridge and I was right. Ridge pretty much called Hope every unsavory word in the book from a bitch to a slut, so much to the point that Brooke had to defend her daughter, what parent wouldn’t defend their child. I mean you can talk about others, but you cannot talk about another person’s child without them going scorched Earth.
Yes, Ridge is riled up and angry. His family company has been taken from him, but then again, Ridge isn’t truly a Forrester. Seems some forget that. The same applies to Steffy. Rick, now Forrester Creations is actually his birthright because he has Eric’s blood running through him, as does Bridget. Sorry, thought I shall actually point that out. Ridge’s biological father is NOT Eric Forrester, but Eric raised him as if he was his own.
Steffy and Hope’s war is about to be Brooke vs. Stephanie 2.0 and a lot nastier. Steffy did come after Hope’s hubby Liam, then torched her relationship with Thomas. Sorry, but I thought a Hope and Finn hookup was warranted after Liam and Steffy slept together behind their respective lovers backs thanks to Thomas. That bomb STILL hasn’t been dropped on the soap, nor has the truth about Thomas actually committing murder by running Emma off the road. Yeah, the “B&B” writers forget often to wrap up some storylines.
Carter and Hope are in blissful joy about their coup actually happening, but they might be losing staff quicker than they realize. Zende is not pleased with the move considering he is a Forrester and it’s his birthright to have a part in the company. This makes me wonder, what does Felicia, Thorne and Kristen think about what is happening at Forrester Creations? Do they actually care? Hey writers, this would be a good time to bring those players back into the foray, hell, how about a reveal that one of them being at the helm of Carter’s move to take over the company to right some sort of wrong.
Brooke and Ridge had a war of words where he called Hope a ‘slut’ riling up Brooke for that term that Stephanie used against her for decades. She was in tears, and I knew it was going to happen at some point, Ridge wanted Hope off the property and if not, he was vacating. He did and ran right to Steffy and Taylor. Yes, Taylor and Ridge are probably about to reunite yet again, Brooke is going to be torn and then what will ultimately happen is Ridge and Brooke finds themselves back together.
Yeah, there is not going to be some sort of twist that blows off the socks of the viewers. If there were, I would absolutely welcome it, but I don’t expect to see such a thing unfold because this is “B&B.” Fans don’t get those sorts of treats. With that said, the stalker element is picking up with Electra, Remy and Will. Remy’s infatuation with Electra is scary. We say all the photos in his room, and now he has suddenly popped up at FC with food unexpected.
Yes, Remy dropped off a pizza, slightly freaking out Electra in the process. Will slightly read Remy the riot act and he was not pleased. Yes, this sinister mind is cooking and he took some photos of Electra and doctored them to appear very unflattering. Yeah, we already knew why Electra didn’t want to be the face of Forrester Creations new jewelry line because she encountered something like this in the past, and now, its rearing its head, yet again, where I think the danger will amplify in the coming weeks.
Katie received that picture and revealed to Ivy that Electra had to be let go. The problem is that Katie hasn’t spilled exactly why? This is going to be devastating to Electra, but hopefully Will is by he side to comfort her and get to the bottom of what is taking place. This mattes because Ivy is not pleased with the shenanigans at Forrester Creations, as is Zende who has decided to resign, but Steffy, Ridge and Eric informed him to go back to the company and operate as a spy for them.
Luna is still wooing Bill Spencer in a way that unfortunately it looks like might work. Bill has a soft spot for a woman who killed two people, framed her own mother, kidnapped and almost killed Steffy. Yeah, Bill is wicked, but he never killed anyone. Where this story goes, I have no idea, but we shall see.
