WEST HOLLYWOOD—A deadly structure fire in West Hollywood  has resulted in the arrest of a male suspect who has been charged with murder and arson.

Andrew Clark, 35, was arrested during the evening hours on May 28. His bail was set at $1,250,000.

Firefighters responded to a call about a fire that transpired at a building located on the 9000 block of Santa Monica Boulevard on May 20 shortly after midnight.

Eric Young, 53, was found in full cardiac arrest when firefighters located him in the burning building. He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Prior to the fire, the building was set for demolition.
