BEVERAL HILLS—Temporary tow-away parking will be in effect from 4.00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, through 2:30 a.m. on November 1 in residential areas most affected by the West Hollywood Carnival, as well as on the streets that borders the city. See map for details. The city has implemented “No Parking, Except by Permit” for tow-away zones.

Three parking permits will be given to residents that will include aluminum reflector numbered tags for themselves as well as their guests for Halloween evening, according to a press release from the City of Beverly Hills.

If more are needed, residents can request up to seven additional permits at the Department of Public Works & Transportation by calling (310) 285-2500.

Halloween Parking 2015

A parking exemption line will be established for any issues that occur on Halloween night until 1 a.m. at (310) 285-2548.

All parking regulation will be enforced throughout the city on Halloween. additional restrictions will be set in place for neighboring streets that border the City of West Hollywood will be erected with “Tow-Away No Parking, Except by Permit” Halloween night.

Canyon News spoke to Therese Kosterman, Public Information Officer for the City of Beverly Hills. Kosterman indicated that the city, as well as the library will not be doing anything special for Halloween.
