The English rock band Led Zeppelin has brought us some major hits, including Stairway to Heaven and Kashmir. As it turns out, the band’s pre-show routine involves sitting around a table and having a cup of coffee together.

Katy Perry
Katy Perry is not really the first name that comes to mind when it comes to eccentric behaviors, but she has some very peculiar pre-show rituals nonetheless. She loves fresh pink flowers and always insists on having arrangements of pink flowers, white roses and purple hydrangeas.
She is also famous for weird backstage requests (or riders) that must be fulfilled by the host of the show or the promotor. The list includes a white orchid (still going with the flower theme) and no carnations.
Mary J. Blige
We can’t talk about weird rituals of celebrities without talking about Mary J. Blige. Last year, a tour rider was leaked – or published, according to some sources. The list revealed some very specific demands that you will not believe.
For starters, the makeup room and backstage areas must have humidifiers. She also asked for six cans of Diet Dr. Pepper, two packs of Mentos and two Aveda Candles. She also insisted on having bath-sized towels – ten of them to be exact – and various other specific items.
Serena Williams
Serena Williams is one of the most accomplished tennis players of our time. She has a net worth of $75 million and has been ranked No. 1 on six different occasions. Let’s not forget that she has also won a whopping total of 22 major tournaments and double titles.
There is one particular ritual that she does whenever she’s on a winning streak. She keeps wearing the same pair of socks for luck, and she never washes them.
