TOPANGA CANYON—Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department Topanga Division reported to the 8800 block of North Megan Avenue after family members found a 15-month-old drowning in a residential swimming pool at approximately 5:45 p.m. on November 7.
Emily McIntire, of Canoga Park, was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
At press time, no arrests have been made, as the drowning appears to be an accident.
