MALIBU—The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the intersection of Malibu Canyon Road and Piuma Road on Wednesday, September 22, where traffic signals are stuck on red.
Via an alert from the city of Malibu, traffic is backed up in both directions and there is no estimate for when the signal will be repaired. Motorists should consider using alternate routes.
