STUDIO CITY—Actress Vanessa Hudgens, 30, is selling her Studio City home for $3.895 million. The Mediterranean-style home has been the home for Hudgens the past 10 years.
Hudge’s purchased the property for $2.75 million in 2008 Architectural Digest reported. The home has been updated with Moroccan styled features including bright white stucco interior, and various other natural elements into the interior design of the home.
The home is over 5,000 square feet and was built in 2006 in the foothills of Studio City. The property has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The home is currently with the listing agent TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty. Hudgens is known for her role as Gabrielle Montez in the hit Disney film “High School Musical.” She has appeared in the films “Spring Breakers,” “Dog Days” and recently appeared on the live TV version of the musical “Rent.”
